iPod Touch 2nd Generation Video Out Question.?

I have an iLive stereo, that came with the video out cords and everything, it hooks up to the back, and you have to put your iPod in to play it in your TV, obviously.
I have all of my cords connected correctly because I put my 32g iPod video in first to make sure it worked.
But then, after I put my iPod touch in, I switched the setting to ipod touch, and the audio comes over my tv, but not the video.
I don’t know if there is another setting on my iPod, but I just can’t figure it out, or find it on the manual.
Any suggestions?

iPod can only support mpeg4 or mp4 video,so you must make sure the videos you want to play on your ipod is mp4 format .You need to have a 3rd party tool to help you to convert dvds and video into mp4 or h264 format, add them into itunes library, then sync to ipod.
