iPod Touch 3.1.1 Problem?

Ok, I have recently attempted to Jailbreak my iPod with Redsn0w (the one which auto downloads the files etc). Since the 3.0 update, I have tried to Jailbreak again but this time, is soon as the Kernel and so on completes and restarts the iPod to go to the QckPwn screen, it does not restart anymore. Am I using the correct version to Jailbreak? My iPod is a 2G on 3.1.1 Firmware

jailbreak only works for ipod touch/iphone version 3.0 and under. there is no other jailbreak for any other versions bigger than 3.0
